Your well-deserved holiday is drawing nearer. Should something not go according to plan either before or during your journey, here is some information for you.

There is no automatic right of withdrawal under the Italian consumer protection code, so for this reason we grant the following terms and conditions of cancellation: up to 2 months before your due date of arrival, you may cancel free of charge. In this case, your deposit will be credited against your next holiday at the Ölackererhof. Less than 2 months but more than 4 weeks before you were due to arrive we will retain your deposit. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before you were due to arrive, we will make a charge of 100 % of the full reservation price. Should you arrive late or depart early, we will charge 100 % of the price for the days that you reserved but did not consume.

Your attention is expressly drawn to the provisions of articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, legislative decree 206/2005.
